Humana Design delivered a half-day Service Blueprint Essentials course for Workday's Product Management function in Dublin, helping product managers see how HR and finance services are delivered end-to-end.
The context Workday is a leading enterprise platform for finance, HR and planning, used by organisations around the world to manage people and money. The European headquarters in Dublin is a key hub for Workday's product and operations teams. In October 2023, the Product Management function in Dublin wanted to strengthen its service design capability. Product managers were already expert in feature prioritisation, roadmaps and platform delivery, but many needed a practical way to visualise the end to end service experience: the sequence of customer interactions, the supporting backstage processes, the systems involved, and the handoffs between them. Service blueprinting was the right tool. What we did Humana Design delivered a half day Service Blueprint Essentials course on site at Workday's Dublin European headquarters for the Product Management team.
