The context The Saudi Arabian government is investing heavily in transforming public services, with a focus on improving outcomes for citizens and visitors alike. As part of that wider effort, a dedicated event was convened in Riyadh to bring together government delegates who were working on the design and delivery of services across the Kingdom. The goal was to give senior officials and practitioners a clear, compelling introduction to the role of human centred design in creating government services that work better for the people they serve.
