Humana Design delivered a full product redesign and service evaluation for Detector Inspector in Melbourne, working fully remotely from C-suite to frontline to build a bespoke design system and a fully responsive customer application.
The context Detector Inspector is a Melbourne based service business responsible for safety, compliance and maintenance work across a large portfolio of properties. Growth had outpaced the systems supporting it: the customer facing product had evolved in fragments, the brand assets were dated, and the operational service — the people scheduling, attending and completing jobs — was carrying the strain of tooling that no longer matched how the business worked. From the end of 2023 through to May 2024, Humana Design partnered with Detector Inspector on a full product redesign and service evaluation , delivered entirely remotely from Dublin to Melbourne.
