Humana Design delivered a bespoke eight-week service design course for Accenture Song at the Dock, helping design and innovation teams build a shared methodology through eight focused three-hour sessions.
The context Accenture Song is Accenture's creative and technology led business, working with clients on brand, experience and innovation. The Dock, Accenture's flagship innovation hub in Dublin, brings together design, technology and business specialists to experiment and build new products and services. In 2023, the design and innovation teams at the Dock wanted to strengthen their shared understanding of service design methodology and practical skills. Rather than a generic training programme, they needed a bespoke, curated course that reflected the way they worked, the projects they were tackling, and the challenges they faced inside a fast moving consultancy environment. What we did Humana Design designed and delivered a bespoke eight week service design course for the Design and Innovation Teams at Accenture Song in the Dock. The programme was structured as eight three hour sessions across eight weeks , each focusing on a distinct area of service design methodology.
