The line up brings together some of the people whose work has shaped the practice — Rachael Dietkus , Marc Stickdorn , Lou Downe and more — for a few days of honest conversation about where service design goes next. What I'll be talking about My session picks up the thread running through my work and the book This is Human Centered Design : how we keep design honest inside organisations under real pressure, and what it takes to move from workshops and artefacts to services that actually change outcomes for people.
